1. LB Belt Type Unscrambler
Bottle feed into bottle storage barrel through lifter, under the centrifugal function from bottle barrel rotary. The unscrambler can carry bottles to the outside track. Then the device carries the bottle to the control section and put in good order by used the special leather belt in order to be easy to foil.
Suitable for PVC, PET plastic bottle
Suitable for round and square plastic bottle
Production capacity: 100-300pcs/min
2. UZL200 Rotary Unscrambler
High-speed rotary bottle unsrambler is a main equipment specially designed to work with washing, filling and capping 3-in-1 machine, with application of the imported high quality electrical parts. The machine features all working processes control by PLC can speed adjustment by inverter, to ensure stable bottle output and prevent bottle from tumbling and squeezing. The exit for bottle outputs with bottle sorter to remove unqualified bottles which are tumbled or malformed, etc. The capacity is from 5,000BPH to 36,000BPH.
